Victoria is fab and my cats really love her – I feel safe in the knowledge they are in good hands when I’m away. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have used Love Cats on a number of occasions, both for long weekends and a two week holiday. Victoria put us at ease straight away – she was very friendly and efficient and our very shy cat, Florin, adored her, jumping on her knee when we first met, which is very unusual for her! We now go away, knowing that Florin is in safe hands, which is a huge relief.

Mia and Kiki are very different personalities but they both really seem to enjoy their visits from their ‘cat aunty’. Mia loves being brushed and Victoria makes sure she gets plenty of that plus the cuddles she misses when I’m away. Victoria also understood Kiki’s needs straight away – less fuss, just quiet company.

I have been using Love Cats since moving to Balham in Dec 2013, the service provided is excellent, Victoria, Pamela and Sue all came around to meet the babies before they looked after them. As both my babies are totally different one loves to be groomed the other will not let anyone near her except me it was a huge relief to know that Tinky actually lets Pamela play with her. It is great to receive a text whilst away to say the babies are fine, which lets me relax knowing they are in safe hands.
